Rates
I strive to provide exemplary services at conscionable, compassionate rates. Actual client costs are determined by extent of insurance coverage, if any, or self-pay status. For insured clients with high deductibles and/or self-paying clients, slight adjustments may be available in cases of significant financial limitations or exigent circumstances.
Full fees are as follows:
Initial Assessment (first therapy visit of 1.5 hours to discuss client concerns and needs + new client forms: $120.
Subsequent therapy visits: $80 max.
Court/employer mandate mental health/substance evaluations vary by circumstance.
Reiki for current therapy clients will be determined on an individual basis depending on whether or not it is incorporated with counseling/therapy or provided separately.
Reiki rates for those not involved in therapy:
$60 per 1.25 hour session which includes Intro to Reiki/review of concerns, 50 min. table (or chair as needed) time, follow-up Q&A. This may be most helpful to those new to Reiki and/or experiencing undue stress/distress.
$50 per 1 hour session which includes review of concerns, approximately 45 min. table/chair time, and follow-up. Recommended for those familiar with Reiki who need less prep time before session.
$30 per ½ hour session includes review of concerns, 20-minute or table/chair time, and follow-up. This may be an option for those working in the area to de-stress during the day!

Insurance
I am paneled/ “in network” with:
- Aetna
- Anthem
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield
- Cigna
- Sagamore
- United Health Care (United Behavioral Health now known as Optum)
- Value Options
If you are insured with another commercial insurance company, you may have out-of-network benefits that apply to counseling services. Please bring this to my attention during you free initial phone consult and I’ll gladly check you for benefits for you to help us get started.
Unfortunately, I am unable to bill services to Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare insurance. Even though your Medicare Part B is managed through one of the above-listed commercial insurances, this has not been an option in past experience.
Payment Options
At this time, pending further arrangements such as PayPal and/or credit card, payment is accepted as follows:
- First visit: cash only please
- Cash or money order for second visit
- Cash, valid check, or money order accepted on all visits thereafter.
- Efforts ARE underway for PayPal and/or credit card payment options.
